In these sessions, participants will learn the specific strategies to engage leaders, guidance counselors and school teams in building a culture of community in schools and classrooms through restorative practices.
Outcomes will include:

- Using Restorative Circles and Conferences
- Implementing Restorative Practices Planning
Over the course of these professional development engagements, participants will review current literature as well as practice sound strategies related to the following outcomes which might include (but are not limited to):
- Addressing and Discussing the School Community Needs
- Building healthy relationships between teachers and students
- Resolving Conflict with Accountability
- Reducing harmful behavior
- Repairing harm and Restoring Relationships
- Setting high expectations for all students

Parent/Teacher Home Visit Projects
