We administer the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) to determine organizations’ readiness to engage Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work and to pinpoint the greatest growth areas. Furthermore, we collaboratively co-design strategic plans to address these areas, setting achievable milestones for measurable progress.
